Republic Rewards Scheme

 

Terms and Conditions

 

The Republic Technologies (UK) Limited Republic Rewards Scheme is promoted and operated by Republic Technologies (UK) Limited and is separate to the normal arrangement contained within your customer terms and conditions.

 

The Republic Rewards Scheme is only available to trade customers with a UK, Channel Islands, R.O.I or Isle of Man business address.

 

The Republic Rewards Scheme is available to all eligible customers of Republic Technologies (UK) Limited who submit a completed application and who are accepted as a customer.

 

The promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to any potential participant who does not qualify under these terms and conditions.

 

Republic Technologies (UK) Limited will offer eleven separate Republic Rewards Scheme promotions across a calendar year. Maximum number of points available per promotion is 1000.

 

 

Earning Republic Reward Points

 

Customers of Republic Technologies (UK) Limited will be notified by communication from a member of the Sales Team and an email will be issued in advance of the Republic Rewards Scheme. The initial communication and subsequent emails will advise customers about the Republic Rewards Scheme and any promotions giving dates, products and specific criteria.

 

 It is the customers’ responsibility to “opt in” to the Republic Rewards Scheme and to provide both a primary and secondary contact with valid email addresses and telephone numbers.  Any failure to provide or to update customer contact information may result in pricing and promotional reward/s being invalidated.  Customers will be contacted by a member of the Sales Team in advance of any Republic Rewards Scheme promotions throughout the calendar year.

 

Customers wishing to place orders for those products featured in the Republic Rewards Scheme promotion shall contact a member of the Sales Team on the specified Republic Rewards Scheme promotion day during normal working hours. Customer orders can be completed face to face, by telephone or email. 

 

All orders for Republic Rewards Scheme promotions will be scheduled in accordance with Republic Technologies (UK) Limited normal delivery schedules and no alternative delivery arrangements will be applied to Republic Rewards Scheme promotion orders. Those products selected for each Republic Rewards Scheme promotion may be ordered on the day.  Republic Rewards Scheme orders are limited to only those products which are part of the Republic Rewards Scheme  No orders for substitute products are accepted as part of the Republic Rewards Scheme promotion.  Normal Minimum/Maximum quantities apply and the established criterion must be achieved.

 

Customers may only place one (1) order per promotion up to the maximum criterion in order to qualify for the promotional price for the goods and the reward points. (Customers with multiple depots may place one (1) order per depot). For the avoidance of doubt, Republic Technologies (UK) Limited minimum order value is £500.

Republic Rewards Scheme points will be calculated and awarded to Customers provided the order criterion and payment terms have been met in full.

 

 

Redeeming your points for the Republic Rewards Scheme

 

Customers may redeem their accrued points following the 11th and final promotion of the year under the Republic Rewards Scheme. For the scheme year 2024 the following will apply:

 

1000        reward points      =           £50 Amazon UK Voucher

750           reward points      =           £37.50 Amazon UK Voucher

500          reward points      =           £25 Amazon UK Voucher

 

An Amazon UK Voucher will be sent to the customer once the redemption form has been fully completed on the claim page of republicrewards.co.uk.

All Amazon vouchers will be emailed direct to each customer upon redemption. These will be emailed to the email address within the customer details section

Reward/Rewards are property of the named business given on the initial registration for the Republic Rewards Scheme.

Once the receipt of a reward has been signed for the customer points accrued under the terms of the scheme will be reset to zero.

 

General

 

Customers may both opt in and out of the Republic Rewards Scheme at any time during the calendar year.

You may not be able to earn or redeem any points if you are in breach of these terms and conditions and for the time that you remain in breach.

Where we believe that there has been a breach of your notified customer terms and conditions we may, at our sole discretion, withdraw any Republic Rewards Scheme points already awarded and/or remove you from the scheme

Republic Rewards Scheme points will be awarded to the customer upon cleared funds reaching our bank account and upon acceptance of delivery.

Non payment of goods ordered by Customers as part of the Republic Rewards Scheme will result in reward points not being awarded.

 

Goods returned to Republic Technologies (UK) Limited that were purchased under the Republic Rewards Scheme will result in a deduction of the points awarded under the scheme. Damaged stock will be replaced in accordance with Republic Technologies (UK) Limited standard terms and conditions of sale.

 

No cash alternative in whole or in part is available.

 

All orders/accounts must be settled in accordance with Republic Technologies (UK) Limited standard trading terms or in accordance with any individual terms agreed in writing in advance with the Customer.

Customers who pay for goods received on a “Pro forma” basis will receive their order once payment has cleared

Republic Rewards Scheme points must be used in the calendar year accrued and cannot be transferred into the next calendar year.

 

Republic Rewards Scheme points will be awarded and available to view online once payment has been received and funds have cleared our bank account.

Customers ordering a quantity of product exceeding the criteria set in accordance with any Republic Rewards Scheme promotion will be charged at the standard price for the additional goods and will be invoiced separately. Quantities exceeding the criterion will not attract reward points and will not form part of the Republic Rewards Scheme.
